First attempts are made the same day or the next business day.  When served, you'll get your invoice or receipt and the affidavit! New clients and out-of-county clients should make the payment prior to services. Payment is non-refundable.

Only $5 affidavit fee for each additional defendant/case to be served at the same address at the same time (this is a free service for our returning customers and all bulk serves).

Extended Local Coverage Area

1-7 day turnaround time (includes 3 attempts over a 7-day period if the address appears to be current)
 

• $85 - $125 for Dallas, Boone, Madison, Warren and Story counties
• $125 - $150 for Guthrie, Adair, Marshall, Jasper and Marion counties
• $150 - $200 for outer areas, within a 75-mile radius of Des Moines
  
• Statewide coverage area - $85 - $200

What to do:

• Email your document and directions with the party name and service address.
• We'll confirm the amount for service, pre-payment can be made on our website on the payment tab, or we'll invoice you if you have an existing account in good standing.
• First attempts are usually the same or the next day! When completed, you'll get your invoice or receipt and the affidavit. If it is e-filed in Iowa, we'll e-file the affidavit of service too! If we have any issues reaching the party for service, you'll know within a couple of days.
